Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, Kangra District Red Cross Society, Dharamshala has launched a software called “Red Cross Management Information System” on 26th October 2013 in Prayas Bhawan Dharamshala. This is operated by the District Administrative and all the activities of District Red Cross Society, Dharamshala is as of now fully computerized and available in the system online in the public domain.
