‘Prayas’, an integrated programme, which was started with the effort of Sh. Prabodh Saxena, former Ld. Deputy Commissioner Kangra and Sh. Amandeep Garg, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kangra for physically challenged persons during the year 2002. Red Cross Society started this integrated programme for the physically challenged persons with the co-operation of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
